REQUEST CHANGE UPON ORDER IF NEEDED (drivers do NOT carry money)

Give driver at least 30 minutes to arrive at your location before calling office.

Order/Verification Process: Fill-out forms below AND include photo of VALID California Driver's License/California I.D. AND photo of VALID Medical Marijuana Doctor's Reccomendation VIA EMAIL. Upon arrival at your location ALSO present VALID Calif. Driver's License/Calif. I.D. AND VALID Medical Marijuana Doctor's Reccomendation to delivery person.

(You will also be asked to sign and agree to paperwork qualifying you as an official patient of Cali Holistic's collective)
